She doesn't deliver wellness theatre. She gives people tools that change how work feels.
Dasha Barsukova is a human performance facilitator and wellbeing trainer who helps organizations unlock the uniquely human capacities that drive innovation, leadership, wellbeing, and performance.
She holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in psychology and neuroscience, and has spent more than 14 years studying human behaviour, peak performance, nervous system regulation, and emotional intelligence. Her workshops blend evidence-informed psychology and neuroscience with practical, experiential learning — so wellbeing becomes a set of real, usable skills, not an abstract initiative.
